O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks and contributes to sales through related selling and program promotion.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise choices, processing payments, handling exchanges, and maintaining accuracy in cash handling, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
