Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers promptly and assist with merchandise selections.
• Support store management and installers with tasks and customer needs.
• Process cash/credit transactions accurately and secure the cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, shelving, and cleaning.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and approved by management.
