O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities are noted.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling transactions, processing exchanges, and supporting planogram updates and daily stock activities. Occasional delivery duties may be required.

• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone customers at once.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and balance the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support image maker, planogram updates, and stock organization.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training and requirements are met.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wiper installs, battery tests) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs.
