Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phone per policy and support store operations.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
• Process returns, exchanges, and stage merchandise for delivery.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties prior to checkout.
• Communicate messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules.
