Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sparks, NV seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end cash procedures according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and route merchandise properly.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving the store.
