O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations, with shift management duties when managers are away. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and ensure refunds are issued with correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members clock in/out according to policy and adhere to posted work schedules.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, deposits, security checks, and related tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
