Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to service auto loan accounts under 30 days delinquent and document collection activities using loan servicing software. The role focuses on compliant collection practices and strategic repayment arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in the collections field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Follow policies and FDCPA compliance.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative methods.
• Help borrowers develop a plan to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
