Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist to manage auto loan accounts at 60 days delinquent, documenting activities in loan servicing software. In-office roles exist in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with CA-based remote work available for eligible employees.

The role emphasizes negotiation, maintaining vehicle ownership where possible, and compliance with FDCPA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Read, interpret and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and FDCPA in all collection activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers retain their vehicle while meeting obligations.
• Document account information and collection actions accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
