Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC in the United States is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (30 Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 30-60 days delinquent using our loan servicing software and document all collection activities.

You will negotiate payment arrangements, guide borrowers toward keeping their vehicle, and ensure compliance with FDCPA and other regulations while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably in subprime consumer lending.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative methods.
• Assist borrowers in strategies to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately and professionally.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
