Job summary

Veros Credit is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist to manage auto loan accounts 30–60 days delinquent and document activities in our servicing software. You will negotiate payment arrangements and help borrowers plan steps to retain their vehicles while meeting obligations.

The role requires 3+ years in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to read and apply relevant regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collections.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply FDCPA, state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and FDCPA rules.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers.
• Assist borrowers in developing a strategy to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account activity accurately and professionally.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
