Job summary

Veros Credit is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (30 Days) to service auto loan accounts delinquent by 30–60 days and document collection activities using loan servicing software.

The role requires 3+ years in collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to comply with FDCPA regulations. Equal opportunity employer with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in collections, preferably in subprime lending.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply FDCPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, including suggesting how they can meet obligations, proposing alternative payment methods, and establishing payment procedures.
