Responsive Auto in Plantation, FL seeks a bilingual Claims Adjuster (English/Spanish) to guide customers through the claims process from first call to final resolution. You will investigate coverage, resolve disputes, and collaborate with attorneys and providers to move claims forward.

The role is primarily in-office in Plantation, with possible remote work for select candidates. Strong English/Spanish fluency and 2+ years auto claims experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Licensing: Active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License preferred; if not licensed, must obtain within timeframe.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken, required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience: 2+ years auto claims experience preferred; ability to thrive in high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims from start to finish with judgment and accuracy.
• Evaluate coverage by reviewing policies and resolving coverage issues.
• Manage customer interaction professionally and clearly, even in difficult conversations.
• Handle demands and correspondence promptly and precisely.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, customers, claimants, and others to move claims toward resolution.
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of claim activity and decisions.
• Stay compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.
