Loyalty MGA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Pre-Litigation Adjuster to join our onsite team in Miami with a hybrid schedule after probation. The role focuses on managing pre‑litigation auto insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have a valid all lines 6‑20 license, strong negotiation abilities, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for daily interactions.
• Licensed to handle all lines 6‑20; must maintain license.
• Strong negotiation and communication to settle claims fairly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle pre‑litigation claims, incl. BI, PIP, and PD.
• Review case files, policy coverages, and laws to assess liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and stakeholders.
