Loyalty MGA in Miami, FL is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team. You will handle claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and more, assessing coverage and settlements with a focus on fairness and efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months claims handling experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. License is preferred and basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
