Protective Asset Protection, part of Protective Life Corporation, is seeking an Automotive Claims Adjuster to adjudicate claims, intake new losses, and assess coverage with exceptional customer service in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive service, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office software; high school diploma is required. On-site 40-hour workweek with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Automotive Service environment as a Technician or Service Advisor.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking to effectively resolve customer needs.
• Proficiency with computers and applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims as assigned and receive intake of new losses.
• Assess contract coverage and document investigations while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Process and complete all paperwork according to established procedures.
• Deliver engaging and professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage.
