Job summary

Loyalty MGA in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Auto Insurance Adjuster to join our onsite team. The role covers Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.

You will investigate claims, determine coverage and valuation, and aim for fair, timely resolutions. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of claims handling experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
