Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
