Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and help set team goals and provide feedback.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed efficiently and accurately.
