Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure coverage during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager with staff goals, coaching, and training.
• Participate in hiring processes and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
