Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, with Spanish being highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing during peak hours and coach team members.
• Support hiring by interviewing candidates and collaborating with management on selections.
• Perform opening/closing duties, manage deposits, and ensure security protocols.
