O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Carolina to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and daily operations. You will lead store team members and step in during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, participating in hiring, meeting training goals, and maintaining store appearance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional (CPP) and ASE Certification.
• Bilingual abilities; Spanish fluency highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service programs and ensure staff execution during peak hours.
• Assist store manager with hiring, coaching, and training of team members.
• Ensure calls, orders and store transfers are processed timely and accurately.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and safety compliance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash handling per policy.
