Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations in Lexington, NC. You will lead the team during shifts and absence, ensuring excellent service to retail and professional customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will assist in staffing, coaching, training, and executing store programs while maintaining policy, schedules, and safety standards to drive store performance and guest

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
• Assist store manager in staffing, coaching, and training to meet goals and maintain policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, manage money and deposits per policy, and ensure security.
