O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and operations. The role requires leading the team in customer service and helping during manager absence or opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling during peak hours.
• Coach and mentor team members; support training initiatives.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interviews with management.
• Ensure refunds and returns are processed accurately and timely.
