Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will run the store in the manager’s absence and lead the team to deliver exceptional service to both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Coordinate staffing to cover peak hours and support store operations.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and communicate store policy and procedures.
