O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure timely staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager with goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interview scheduling to hire qualified staff.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, exchanges and ship-to-store orders are processed correctly.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.]
• Maintain store appearance, signage and equipment; ensure compliance with company policies.
