Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during shifts, drive customer satisfaction, and help recruit and develop staff.

Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution on service programs.
- Ensure staffing for peak hours and assist in hiring processes including interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Coach and mentor team members and ensure ongoing training compliance.
- Process buy online/ship to store and related orders in a timely manner; oversee returns and exchanges.
