• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring processes, including recruiting tasks and interviewing.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, transfers, and orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure returns and refunds are processed efficiently and issued correctly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, and delivery vehicles.
• Adhere to company policies and clock-in/out procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
