Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staff execution of service programs.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding qualified team members.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing money and premises.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
