Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and drive programs.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Manage opening/closing duties and secure money and premises.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure adherence to policies.
