Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead team members in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and program adherence.
• Assist in staffing and peak-hour coverage at the sales counter.
• Support hiring processes with interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all store operations and security procedures are followed.
