O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, driving excellent service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours and holidays.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone etiquette and timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders and transfers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment methods and proper staging.
