Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This position will lead the store team during shifts and while the Store Manager is absent. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure staff execute service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and achieving team goals.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
