O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role requires leading the team, staffing, coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities are highlighted. Responsibilities include supervising customer service, managing peak staffing, training compliance, and handling opening/closing duties with secure cash handling.

Qualificações

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and ensuring team training is current.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, invoicing, and transfers are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Maintain store building/parking lot/exterior signage and vehicle readiness.
