O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hudson, WI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during the manager's absence and on opposing shifts, ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and execute customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, and candidate selection in collaboration with management.
• Ensure all returns, exchanges and invoicing are processed accurately and timely.
• Perform opening/closing duties, security checks, and daily cash controls.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, lighting, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
