Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during the Manager’s absence and manage opposing shifts, with a focus on servicing customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help lead initiatives to maintain high customer service standards, staffing during peak hours, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification and Certified Parts Professional Certification.
• ASE Certification available or preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels and sales programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Assist the store manager in staffing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security procedures, including deposits.
• Manage transfers, backorders, and communications with customers about shipments.
