Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly and inform customers on shipments.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Support store operations and other duties as assigned.
