Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and manager certification are required.
• RSS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and manage scheduling.
• Coach and mentor team members and support training.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified staff.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfer orders.
• Oversee returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper processing.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage Zipline communications.
• Ensure policy adherence, clock-in/out, and proper security procedures during open/close.
