Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations.

The role emphasizes leading store team members, coaching, hiring assistance, and ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns. Bilingual skills are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification are required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service at the retail showroom including program execution.
• Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and assist in goal setting and coaching.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure calls are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
