Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching and training compliance.
• Assist in hiring tasks: recruiting, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and selection with management.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed timely and shipments notified to customers as needed.
• Handle outside purchases and special orders efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and in the returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, and communicate Zipline messages for merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team adherence to schedules, clocking in/out, and security procedures.
