Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This position will lead the store team during shifts and in the Manager's absence, ensuring top‑notch service to customers.

Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing, training, coaching, and mentoring; participate in interviews and hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are handled accurately and efficiently.
