Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role leads the team during absences or opposing shifts and ensures quality service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and related certifications.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Certifications for parts professionals are preferred (CP Certification, ASE).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service at the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching and training of team members.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and candidate selection processes.
• Ensure all POS, transfers, returns, invoicing, and security procedures are followed.
