CCF Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) in Carrollton, TX. This role supports store leadership, drives customer financial services, and helps manage risk while building leadership skills for future growth.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program, work cross-brand, and help coach customer service reps. The position requires regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Minimum 3 months supervisory or lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsabilités

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and external marketing.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store events.
• Maintain store security procedures and cash handling processes.
• Contribute to compliance through store audits and financial reporting.
