Qualifications

• 3+ months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan/pawn process.
• Assist with recovery processes and outreach while prioritizing customer service.
• Support store leadership in meeting performance standards and compliance.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and store profitability.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, vault, and cash handling.
• Monitor store appearance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
