The role emphasizes in-store leadership, coaching Customer Service Representatives, and meeting performance standards while aligning with company policies and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
