Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) to support customers with financial services and lead store operations. You will drive account management, outreach, and risk management while growing leadership skills in a performance-driven environment.

The role offers on-site work, a structured training program, and opportunities across eleven brands nationwide. A strong communication background and bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use POS systems and standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Perform duties outside of the office as needed, including on-site tasks and events.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends, with at least 40 hours per week.
• Assist and coach Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
