Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Austin, TX seeks a General Manager (Bilingual) to lead store operations and drive growth. You will coach teams, manage daily activities, and deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced financial solutions environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of $22.50 with performance bonuses, comprehensive training, and opportunities to advance across the brand family. This position requires in-person, full-time availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related fields.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to grow the business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive growth.
• Assess loan/pawn applications and related transactions within risk limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Oversee cash management, security, and loss prevention.
