O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role oversees the store during absences and opposing shifts, guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers.

Qualified candidates will have Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification, with RSS, Certified Parts Professional, and ASE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and manager certifications are required.
• RSS and Certified Parts Professional certifications are preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store appearance, security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
