Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call).
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff peak hours and coach team members.
• Assist in hiring processes: recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including money handling and deposits.
