O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Work with Store Manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods and processing.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and communication of corporate messages.
