O’Reilly Auto Parts in Lexington, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead a team during absent or opposing shifts and help drive guest satisfaction across both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure store opening/closing duties and security procedures are followed.
